Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of CoastWorks Hempstead Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

CoastWorks Hempstead Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, and concrete repair. All services are performed in accordance with local building codes and industry standards.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may vary based on scheduling, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, we may need to reassess pricing based on current material and labor costs.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards.

Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid balances in accordance with state law.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on workmanship as specified in your service agreement. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by natural disasters, improper use, or lack of maintenance.

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We will assist you with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets and children are kept at a safe distance during construction. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked.

You are responsible for contacting utility companies to mark underground lines before we begin excavation work.

Weather and Delays

Concrete work is weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule or delay work due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
